Boondhi Raitha


  

Ingredients:



 Boondi  -5 tbs

 Curd -1 cup
 
 Red Chilli Powder-
1 tsp
 
 Roasted cumin Powder
 -1 tbs 

 Sugar
 -1 tsp

 Coriander leaves  - a handfull (Chopped) 


 Green chillies -3
 chopped

 Black salt to taste


Method:


Soak boondi in 2 cups water for 5  mins


Squeeze water out gently and  keep aside.


Beat curd  with all the ingredients. 


It should be  thick consistency.

Finally add boondi and mix well.


Garnish with a sprinkle of chilli powder, 
cumin powder and coriander leaves  .

Serve  as a side dish .
